The machine is to be stopped to repair at once when sop page has been foundThe material-putting-in opening should not be too wide and should be controlled at 2/3 measure of material-drawing box so that ther will not many shelled peanuts being leaked out,and the grain quantity requirement will not be impacted.When shelled peanuts of many sizes have been screened, a check in time is needed to see whether the result meets requirement, if not, one or more screens are to be changed.The producing standard has been got.MAINTAINING The rotating part of the machine is to be examine and lubricate usually eith lubricating-oil.Usually for outside reasons, the band of promoter may run out of its way a little, so regulating the screws tightly or loosely is necessary.Proper quantity of lubricating grease is to be rub onto the wheels and chains in time, but lubricating oil is prohibited so as not to dirt peanuts.When operarion stopped, any remained material on and in the machine is to be take out and the machine is to be cleaned, in this way, next operation will be normal and in good operating condition.When rotating, the wheels are to match tightly to avoid giving out noises and causing screens to vibrate excessively.
